What are we looking for:

For our Injection Molding team in Wassenaar, we are looking for a Machine Operator Bottle Promotions!

As a machine operator level bottle, you are able to independently start up, run and shut down the blow and injection molding machines. This means that you can replenish materials, change colors and troubleshoot blowing machines, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment and automation machines.

In addition to keeping the machines running, you will also be responsible for correctly and efficiently performing various production tasks, such as stacking and packaging products, performing quality inspections, refilling dyes and replenishing raw materials, among others. You will strive to minimize downtime and ensure that products meet quality standards. As a machine operator level Bottle, you will work in shifts.

You will work together in a team with other machine operators in a highly technical and automated environment where efficiency and quality are highly valued located in Wassenaar.

What are your main task and responsibilities?

• Machine operator level bottle: As a machine operator level bottle you can independently run, start up and shut down the blowing machines and injection molding machines. This means that you can refill materials, change colors and solve malfunctions in blowing machines, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment and automation machines.

• Production activities: The correct and efficient execution of various production activities, such as the de-stacking and packaging of injection molded products, performing quality inspections, replenishing dyes, replenishing raw materials and placing products in the machine.

• Quality: Ensure that all products produced are inspected according to quality guidelines. When a product deviates from the quality standards, immediate action is taken.

• Efficiency: Ensure that the machinery produces as efficiently as possible. You try to avoid downtime as much as possible. If a machine stops working, urgent action will be taken to solve the problems.

• Order and tidiness: Ensure that the working environment is always tidy, that it is cleaned periodically, that waste is processed correctly and on time, that materials are used as intended and that everything (pallet placement, boxes of tools, etc.) has a fixed place in the production environment.

What do we expect from you?

• Dutch or English language on B1 level
• You are technically minded.
• You are independent and you can work in a team.
• You have a completed (MBO) Technical education, MBO thinking and working level
• Possession of or willingness to obtain a BHV certificate
• You have affinity with Technology (both mechanical, electrical and robotics)
• You are flexible in working hours and working in shifts (including weekends) is not a problem for you.
